Every brand starts somewhere. Ours started from nothing — on purpose.

SUNYA — शून्य — means zero in Sanskrit. Not nothing. Not absence. The void from which everything begins. Read the full etymology →

THE SUNYA was founded by Paras Soni with a single conviction: that Indian streetwear could carry the depth of Indian philosophy without losing the clarity of modern design. The founding principle — From Zero to Infinite — is not a tagline. It is a design methodology.

The design philosophy

Every THE SUNYA piece begins from a zero point — a blank page, a clear intention. The Sanskrit motifs, the Devanagari script, the sacred geometry that appears across our hoodies, tees and shirts all originate from this principle.

  • Sanskrit as design language — every piece carries a concept, not a logo
  • Supima cotton + premium fleece — 240–350 GSM across all products
  • German Threading — precision stitching for durability
  • No visible branding — the garment speaks. The logo stays quiet.

What the press said

THE SUNYA has been featured in The Tribune, The Print, Lokmat Times, Big News Network, World News Network, and other Indian media outlets. 10,000+ orders delivered. Rated 4.7 out of 5.

The collection

Explore MOKSHA (liberation), AHAM BRAHMASMI (I am the universe), TRINETRA (the third eye), MAUN (silence), and ĀRAMBH (beginning).
