Thank you for choosing Sunya. We're committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping terms below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Partner
Sunya has partnered with Delhivery, one of India's most trusted logistics providers, to ensure your order reaches you safely. All shipments are tracked end-to-end through Delhivery's network.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from the date of successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During new drops, restocks, sales, or festive periods, processing may take up to 6 business days. We appreciate your patience.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp once your order leaves our warehouse.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times via Delhivery are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and are not guaranteed. Sunya is not liable for delays caused by Delhivery, weather conditions, regional disruptions, strikes, or any other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders (unless specified otherwise on the product page).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
- All shipping and handling charges, once paid, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- You can also track your order directly on the Delhivery website using the AWB (tracking) number provided.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to reflect after dispatch.
6. Delivery Address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and reachable delivery address along with a working contact number.
- Sunya is not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address details.
- Address changes after dispatch are not possible, as the order is in Delhivery's custody.
7. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)
Delhivery will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the order is not delivered due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the package
- Incorrect or unreachable address
- Non-payment in case of COD
…the package will be marked RTO (Return to Origin) and shipped back to our warehouse.
In such cases:
- For Prepaid Orders: The order will be cancelled and store credit (minus shipping and handling charges) may be issued at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be processed.
- For COD Orders: The customer may be blacklisted from placing future COD orders, and in repeated cases, from the Sunya store entirely.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery. Mark it as "Refused — Damaged Package" with the Delhivery executive and notify us immediately at support@thesunya.co within 24 hours along with photos and your order ID.
Claims for damaged packages raised after acceptance of delivery, or without a complete unboxing video (see Exchange Policy), will not be entertained.
9. Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit:
- Please notify us within 7 days of the last tracking update.
- We will raise a formal investigation with Delhivery, which may take 7–15 business days.
- Resolution (replacement or store credit) will be processed only after Delhivery officially confirms the shipment as lost.
10. International Shipping
At present, Sunya ships only within India. We do not accept international orders. Stay tuned to our Instagram @sunya for updates on international shipping.
