How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. COD orders may include a small service fee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet — but we’re working on it. Stay tuned!
What’s your return and exchange policy?
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Reach out to us ASAP at support@sunya.in.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. You can also DM us on Instagram with your order number for updates.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If it’s been over 7 days and you haven’t received your package, contact us and we’ll follow up with our delivery partner.

How do I find the right size?
Each product page has a size guide and fit description. Most of our styles are oversized — if unsure, feel free to DM or email us for help.
Are your products made in India?
Yes! All SUNYA pieces are proudly designed and produced in Bharat, with a focus on premium fabrics and ethical production.
Will sold-out items restock?
Some pieces are limited-run and may not return. If you're eyeing something, we recommend grabbing it while it's available. Follow us for restock alerts.
How do I care for my SUNYA garments?
We recommend cold washing, inside out, and avoiding tumble drying to preserve quality. Each item has specific care instructions on its label.
